AUSTRIAN ENAMEL TABLE CLOCK Austrian. Made circa 1880. Very fine, Viennese, silver gilt and painted on enamel table clock in the baroque manner.

Silver, resting on the shoulders of a greek figure, set with finely painted polychrome enamel panels throughout depicting mythological figures. Enamel, the center with polychrome champleve enamel scene. Blued steel Breguet hands. 27 mm., matte gilt, plain three-arm brass balance, flat balance spring, index regulator.

Rectangular with small molded base and top, the top withwooden arch inlaid with painting, glazed front door with sides panels with grisaille painted on enamel in the antique style , hinged glazed back door. Grisaille painted on enamel panels in the antique style,radial Roman numerals , outer minute divisions with five-minute Arabic markers. Elaborate gilt hands. Square, 110 x 110 mm. going barrels for both going and striking trains, movement with platform lever escapement, striking and repeating on a coiled gong.

Fine and rare, large, cushion-shaped, water-resistant, stainless steel diver's wristwatch with a stainless steel Officine Panerai buckle. Two-body, brushed, screwed-down case back, straight lugs, patented crown with security lever, sapphire crystals.
