Double body outer, the bezel chased with shell and foliage decoration, the back repousse with a scene depicting Saint George and the Dragon, signed Char, with outer foliage decoration, diamond push pieces. Inner double body bassine, polished, marked "S.G.". D. White enamel with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring. Blued steel "poker and beetle" hands. M. Hinged gilt brass full plate with square baluster pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain brass threearm balance, flat balance spring and gilt brass English cock pierced and engraved with foliage. Signed on the back plate. In very good condition. Diam. 47 mm.
