8-day going masonic table clock, dial with Masonic décor; gilded brass

Gilded brass, keyless-winding, table clock. Gilded metal dial with suspended Arabic nu - merals and different Masonic symbols (working tools of the various degrees of Free - masonry); clockwise: Scale and Scythe, Hive, Cross, two crossed Swords, two crossed Keys, Marine Anchor, Noah’s Ark, Compass and protractor, and, in the centre, Temple of Solomon. Case-back engraved in taille-douce with the dedications “To / M. L. P. / on her / Eighty-eight / Birthday / From / Mildred. / Bernard. / Ruby. / Granville. Lilian. / Basilia.” and “To Juliana. / April 13th 1927.”
