Top-Winding Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, movement No. 369869, case No. 260075, Ref. 92012. Made in 1935. Fine and very unusual, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with large winding crown at the top.
C. Three-body, solid, polished, concave lugs, winding-crown between the lugs at 12. D. Brushed silver with applied yellow indexes, outer dot minute indexes, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold epee hands. M. Cal. 11???, frosted gilt, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 29.2 mm. Thickness 11 mm.
