VACHERON CONSTANTIN SO-CALLED "LIPS" YELLOW GOLD Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 485483, case No. 328969. Made in the 1950s. Very fine and rare, rectangular, flared, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Gay Freres bracelet with date punch for 1956.

Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, double-curved sides holding the bombé crystal. "Guilloché" silver with applied yellow gold faceted bâton indexes and Arabic 12, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold bâton hands. Cal. 435/3C, tonneau, rhodium-plated, fausses-côtes decoration, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures, Breguet balance-spring.
