Made for Gondolo & Labouriau, Relojoeiros, Rio de Janeiro, in 1905, sold on December 12, 1905. Very fine and rare, large 18K pink gold keyless pocket watch with chronograph. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

C. Four-body, solid, ?demi-bassine?, polished band and borders, engine-turned back, bolt at 1 o?clock to lock the chronograph. Hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track and fifths of a second divisions, Arabic five-minute numerals, subsidiary seconds. Gold spade hands. M. 20''', frosted gilt, gold wheel train, 23 jewels, wolf?stooth winding, straight-line ?moustache? lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with gold temperature screws, Breguet balance spring with outer terminal curve, Patek Philippe micrometric cam regulator patented on January 13, 1891, chronograph work set on the back, activated by a push-piece in the crown. Movement made in 1929, completed and cased in 1993, sold on September 19, 2001. Extremely fine and exceptionally rare, one of only two examples, extra large, 18K gold, keyless pocket chronometer with perpetual calendar, 24-hour indication, moon phases, power-reserve indication and one-minute tourbillon regulator by James Pellaton, Guillaume balance, adjusted for observatory trial in 1945 by Hermann Heck and again in 1957 by Andre Zibach, obtaining 50.71 points, Geneva Observatory First Class Certificate obtained. Accompanied by the Certificate of Origine, the Extract from the Archives, the Bulletin d'Observatoire, leather-bound instruction booklet, and a fitted box.
