LONGINES REF. 3210 "LINDBERGH" - ORIGINAL LARGE SILVER VINTAGE MODEL Longines, "Lindbergh," movement and case No. 5497868. Entered in the archives on April 23rd, 1942, sold to Ostersetzer, Longines' agent in Italy. Fine, very rare and unusual, large, hour-angle, indirect center seconds, silver aviator's wristwatch.

Four-body, polished, revolving bezel with green and black enameled 15 degree graduation, graduated band, large ball-shaped crown, concave lugs, hinged back. Hinged silver cuvette. White enamel with painted radial Roman numerals for the 12-hour indication, the 180 degrees in upright blue Arabic numerals, central revolving matte silver dial with painted black radial Arabic numerals for the 60 minutes and painted red radial Arabic numerals for the 15 degrees, outer minute track. Blued steel Breguet hands. Cal. 18.69N, matte gilt, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, micrometer index regulator.

HANHART CHRONOGRAPH NICKEL AND SILVER Hanhart, Germany, movement No. 2876. Made circa 1943. Fine, water-resistant, nickel-silver military wristwatch with retour en vol round button chronograph and register.

Three-body, polished, sand-finish, stainless steel screwed caseback. Black with luminous Arabic numerals, subisidiary seconds and 30 minutes register dials. "Skeleton" radium- coated hands. Cal. 41, 15"', rhodium plated, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self- compensating Breguet balance-spring.

Three-body, matte gray, inclined bezel, concave lugs, large winding crown, snap-on case back, band engraved "FL 23883", reverse engraved with movement number 215767. Black with luminous 60-minute Arabic numerals and baton indexes, concentric 12 hour graduation with luminous Arabic numerals, outer minute/seconds division. Luminous blued steel lozenge hands. Cal. 48.1, 2/3 plate, gilt brass, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan neck micrometer regulator.
