C. Four body, gold, décagonal form, the band decovated with oval, sky blue champlevé panels engraved and enamelled with trophies of arms, musical instruments and flowers, ail set with splitpearls, within translucent red enamel Borders. The bezels decovated with split-pearls and bands of blue and black chevron pattern champlevé enamel, the back panel of polychrome Summer flowers against an unusual red translucent enamel overtrellis- pattern ground. Polished gold cuvette. D. Seperate white enamel chapter-ring at 12 o' clock with Roman numerals and gold arrow-head hands. The surround entirely enamelled with an urban riverside scene in three layers, with automaton figures of a cow and a goat, a lady playing the guitar and six figures who pass accross the bridge. M. Two-train, frosted and gilt Lépine calibre goingtrain with bridged barrel, cylinder escapement with brass escape wheel and plain three-arm alloy balance with flat spring. Musical train with a sandwich of multi-toothed steel dises with six separate teeth to the comb, playing on the hour or at-will, with levers for selection of two tunes and strike/silent in the band. Push-pendant quarterrepeating on a bell housed within the movement. Signed with scrathed signature inside the bell. Lyre-shaped gold key. hl excellent condition. Diam: 63 mm.

Tapering gold frame, the borders with bright-cut engraved decoration, the sides in sky blue champlevé enamel amidst floral bouquets and urns set with split pearls; one panel with a pendant of fruit in polychrome enamel on a puce ground, the opposite side sliding to reveal the watch. One gold blade for cutting roses, the other steel blade for cutting apples. D. White enamel Arabic chapterring with minute points, matted centre and radiating pattern surround. Blued-steel bands. M. Shaped brass plates, going barrel, cylinder escapement with brass escape wheel, plain brass balance with spring. Pin barrel musical train released at will by a detent on the case. Swiss, circa 1810, attributed to Jean-Frederic Leschot, the enamel painting by Jacques Marc Henry, made for the Oriental Market. Magnificent and particularly fine gold and enamel musical mirror.

C. The entire body and handle decorated in pale green, blue and white champlevé enamel within a ground of engraved flowers and foliage, the piecrust border to the mirror with polychrome Summer flowers on a puce ground within white borders, the centre with a superb enamel scene of ships approaching a town with opalescent sky behind, the handle with smaller vignettes depicting similar subjects on the handle. Frame of elaborately chased and pierced floral goldwork and surmounted by an exotic enamelled bird with diamond-set eyes and crest, holding within its beak a stylised Arabic character reading "Allah". Original bevelled glass mirror. M. Wound by turning the knob at the base of the handle with release detent in the mirror edge. Pin-drum musical movement with single piece comb. Signed 'Henry peint' on the master scene. In perfect condition, with a 19th Century fitted leather case. Dim. 158 mm. Diam. 290 mm. overall length.

Back with Corpus Christi against a stippled sky blue ground. Interior of turquoise enamel with black arabesque motif of approximately cruciform design. Engraved gold bezel with facetted rock crystal cover. Loose ring pendant (small enamel repair in this area). D. Crucifix form with small central Roman chapter ring, interior with flowers, the arms with figure of a seated Christ, andnnplements of the passion and crucifixion. Single blued-steel pointer. M.
