The "movements" of the Copernican planetary system are visualized in real time and reconstructed with incredible precision: the rotation of the planets around the Sun, of the Moon around the Earth with the moon phases, the elapsing time of months and constellations that follow one another on thEarth-Sun axis. At the center is the Sun, the third fixed ring is the Earth, a small gilt globe with the Moon rotates around it, the other five are the planets known during the Copernican era: Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn. The gilt external ring is the equator, with the indication of months and constellations, that completes a turn in a year. To facilitate the reading of the Planetarium, the glass has 12 internally silk-screened lines that create a spider web design, starting from te Earth, defining the position of the planets in relation to the signs of the Zodiac.
