Launched in 1994, the Lange 1 immediately became an instant classic. From its pure lines to the amazing quality of the movement, it was the perfect watch to mark the rebirth of the brand after 50 years of inactivity. The early examples such as this one, featuring a solid caseback are the most desirable as these were only produced during approximately three years and were quickly replaced with a sapphire caseback.
