A fine, rare and unusual, manual wind heart-shaped, quarter-repeating on bell. Foliate-chased borders and band, hinged and sprung bezel with translucent royal blue enamel reserves decorated with painted flowers and gold paillons within white enamel line borders, the back with a finely painted on enamel. White enamel dial with visible paste-set balance, blue steel hands.
