Waltham “Colonial A” model
This watch, with its “Maximus A” grade movement and 14K yellow gold case, was probably made by the American Waltham Watch Co. at only 2 300 examples; it’s called “Colonial A” model.
The “Colonial A” came in two sizes: 14 size and 10 size; these are listed in the records respectively as “14A” and “10A”. The movement is also sometimes called “Maximus A” or “Riverside A” (the other available grade).
