Notes

Liodet, André
Various watchmakers bearing the surname of Liodet are listed in Geneva between the late- 18th century and the mid-19th century.
André Liodet, watchmaker and merchant, is recorded in Geneva, circa 1850, at place des Bergues No. 8, and, in 1857, at rue du Rhône No. 64. He was specialized in the creation of extraordinary small watch, so-called “miniature”; at the time, a real tour-de-force.
J. Urech succeeds him. // (“J. Urech successeur d’André Liodet à Genève”).
