Notes

Dial signed. DIAM. 37 mm. THICKNESS 12 mm. Property of the original Swiss doctor's family Although very little information is found on these medical Angelus watches, we know that at least 3 different versions exists. One earlier version featuring a very distinctive outer green pulsation scale, a similar model to this one featuring a second chronograph pusher and the third, with its distinctive pulsation and asthmometer scales, single button chronograph, modified valjoux 22 caliber and a very rare loupe integrated in the glass that magnifies the pulsation scale in beautiful red, black and green colors. For a similar example see, Brunner/ Pfeiffer-Belli's, wristwatches, page 23.
