ANGELUS CARAVELLE GLOBE CLOCK & WEATHER STATION Angelus, Swiss, No. 60959, Ref. 831. Made circa 1950. Fine and rare, brass and perspex 8-day going globe-shaped desk clock with barometer, hygrometer and thermometer.

Brass circular base surmounted by a Lucite surround decorated with caravelles, the points of the compass and the sun and moon, centered by a green painted and brass revolving globe featuring a clock, barometer, hygrometer and thermometer. Silver with applied gilt Arabic indexes, further brushed silvered dials for the hygrometer, thermometer and barometer. Gilt dauphine hands. 15 jewels, lever escapement, rear winding and hand setting.
