Inclined brushed gilt annular chapter ring with applied gilted brass baton indexes and Roman quarter-hour numerals, rotating silvered disc for the 24 hours, inner rotating gilt and silver world planisphere divided into sectors and with the names of 24 world cities and countries. Baton hands.
Engraved inscriptions of "Grand cercle Tours" and "M. Jacques Alatere" on the outer case.
