?Monochrome Yellow? Audemars Piguet, Genève, No. 45602. Made in the 1940s. Very fine and rare, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with oval button chronograph, 12-hour and 30-minute registers and tachometer.
C. Three-body, solid, polished, concave lugs. D. Champagne with applied gold Arabic numerals and indexes, subsidiary "guilloché" dials for the seconds, the 30-minute and 12-hour registers, outer tachometer graduation. Yellow gold "baton" hands. M. Cal. 13''', rhodium-plated, 19 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, Breguet balancespring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 33 mm. Thickness 13 mm.
