"Automatic" Audemars Piguet, Genève, "Automatic", No. 405985, case No. D38665. Made in the 1980s. Very fine, self-winding, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with date.

C. Three-body, solid, polished, straight lugs, transparent case back, sapphire crystals. D. ?Guilloché? matte silver with black Roman numerals, aperture for the date. Black "feuille" hands. M. Cal. 2121/3, rhodium plated, "fausses cotes? decoration, 36 jewels, lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to temperatures and 5 positions, self compensating free-sprung Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator, 21K gold rotor segment. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 7 mm.
