Very fine and important self-winding, astronomic, skeletonized, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, phases and age of the moon with an 18K yellow gold Audemars Piguet buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box .

Transparent, subsidiary beige ring dials for the date, days of the week, the months, in painted Arabic numerals, sector for the age of the moon, aperture for the moon phases. Yellow gold "Bâton" hands. M. Cal 2120/1, gilt brass, skeletonized and engraved, 36 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, 21K engraved gold rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 8 mm.
