Very fine, self-winding, astronomic, skeletonized, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, phases and age of the moon and an 18K yellow gold Audemars Piguet buckle.

Cal 2120/1, gilt brass, skeletonized and engraved, 36 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balancespring, 21K engraved gold rotor.
