Audemars Piguet & Co., Brassus & Genève, No. 19518, made in 1917. Fine and rare 18 ct, gold, keyless minute repeating slim watch with split seconds chronograph and 30 minute progressive recorder.
C. Three body, massive, "demi-bassine", polished with inset hinge. Gold cuvette engraved with a dedication dated 1923. D. Mat silver with Breguet numerals, outer minute and chronograph ring, subsidiary seconds and minute register. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 17"', rhodium plated, 39 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with swan neck micrometric index. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band. Split seconds chronograph with visible work, released by the winding crown and with push piece in the band. Signed on the dial. Condition: Diam. 47 mm.
