Crystal, with outer Roman numerals on the polished bezel, subsidiary painted dials for the days of the week, the months of the leap year cycle, the dates, the phase and age of the moon. Blued steel "cathedrales" hands. M. 16-, gilt brass, finely engraved and skeletonised, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance with screws and shock absorber suspension, self compensated balance spring.
