?Platinum No. 1? Audemars Piguet, Genève, "Automatic", No. 1. Made in 1989. Extremely fine and rare, self-winding, platinum gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers, tachometer and date, with a white gold Audemars Piguet deployant clasp.
C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, stepped bezel with signature, flat sapphire crystal. D. Matte silver with applied white gold indexes, subsidiary dials for the seconds, the 12 hours and 30-minute registers, aperture for the date, outer tachometer graduation to 500 units/hour. White gold "Bâton" hands. M. Cal. 2126, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 51 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shockabsorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, 21K gold rotor segment.
