Very fine and rare, astronomic, self-winding, platinum gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, phases and age of the moon, and a 18K white gold Audemars Piguet buckle.

C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, shaped bezel, sapphire crystal. D. Four small silvered dials, for the date, days of the week, months, moon phase aperture, lunar age sector. White gold "bâton" hands. M. Cal. 2120/2, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 38 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, 21K gold-edged rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 9 mm.
