Very fine and rare, oversized, octagonal, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers, tachometer, date and an Audemars Piguet 18K yellow gold deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.

C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, case back and bezel secured with 8 hexagonal screws, screwed-down winding-crown, sapphire crystal. D. Anthracite with textured pattern, luminous Arabic numerals, subsidiary ?guilloché? champagne dials for the seconds, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers, outer tachometer graduation, "cyclops" aperture for the date. Luminous gold ?bâton? hands. M. Cal. 2226 / 2840, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 54 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shockabsorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, 21K gold rotor.
