Very fine, rare and important, self-winding, astronomic, minute repeating 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, perpetual calendar and moon phases and 18K yellow gold Audemars Piguet buckle. Accompanied by a mahogany fitted winding box and certificate.
