Audemars Piguet, Brassus et Genève, No. 4125, circa 1910. Fine 18 ct. gold, minute repeating, keyless, moon phase astronomical watch with perpetual calendar and split second chronograph and 30 minute progressive recorder. With certif icate.
C. Three body, massive "bassine", polished with inset hinges. Gold cuvette engraved with initiais. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals, outer red Arabic minute and chronograph ring, subsidiary dials for week days, the months with the leap year cycle and outer minute register, the dates and the seconds with inner moon phase aperture. Gold "spade" hands. M.18?, nickeled, "fausses côtes" decoration, 33 jewels, counterpoised adjustable straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring with swan neck micrometric index. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band. Split second chronograph with visible work, push pieces on the winding crown and in the band. In very good condition. Diam. 53mm.
