Audemars Piguet, Genève, No. 49676, 1940's. Extremely rare, large, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch, with olive shaped button chronograph, registers and tachometer.

C. massive, polished, satined. D. mat silver, with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals + auxiliary dials for the seconds, the 12 hours and 30 minutes registers, outer tachometer graduation. "Bâton" gold hands. M. 13? rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 21 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 40 mm.
