Audemars Piguet, Genève, John Schaeffer, "Jump Hour, Répétition Minutes No. 4", case No. 80682. Produced in the 1990's.Very fine and rare, jump hour, minute repeating, cushion-shaped, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Audemars Piguet buckle.
C. three-body, solid, polished and brushed, transparent back, flat and rounded bezel, sapphire crystal. D. white enamel with painted Breguet numerals for the minutes, aperture below the 12 for the jump hour, auxiliary seconds dial. "Cathédrale" burnished steel hand. M. Cal. 2865, gilt brass, ?fausses côtes? decoration, 32 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted for heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, repeater on gongs byeans of a slide on the band.Dial, case and movement signed.Dim. 33 x 33 mm.
