Audemars Piguet, No 5287. Made to the order of and sold by Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, in 1903. Very fine 18 ct. gold hunting cased minute repeating moon phase astronomical keyless watch with perpetual calendar, split second chronograph and 30 minute progressive recorder.

Four body massive "demi-bassine" polished case with inset hinges. Gold cuvette with a dedication dated 1904. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, outer red Arabic minute and chronograph rings, subsidiary dials for the days of the week, the months with inner leap year cycle and outer minute register, the dates and the seconds with inner moon phase aperture. Gold "spade" hands. Very fine nickel plated 17"' movement, "fausses côtes" decoration, 33 jewels, equilibrated straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with a swan neck micrometric index. Repeating on gongs by means of a slide on the hand. The split second chronograph with a visible work, the push pieces on the band. Signed on the cuvette Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, Chronomètre. In very good condition. Diam. 51 mm.
