"Monochrome Yellow" Audemars Piguet & Co., Genève, No. 46964. Made circa 1945. Very fine and rare, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with oval button chronograph, registers, tachometer and an 14K yellow gold buckle.

Satiné gold with applied yellow gold square indexes and Arabic numeral, outer minute and 1/5th seconds track, blue outermost tachometer graduated to 1000 units/hour. Subsidiary guilloché dials for the seconds, the 30-minute and 12-hour registers. Yellow gold "baton" hands. M. Cal. 13''', rhodium-plated, 21 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, blued steel Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 33 mm.
