White Gold & Diamond Birds in the Trees Audemars Piguet, Brassus and Geneva, movement No. 286813, Ref. C55276. Made in a limited number in 1988. Very fine and elegant, thin, diamond-set 18K white gold selfwinding dress watch with skeletonized diamond-set scenic movement and integral 18K white gold Audemars Piguet bracelet "à grosses mailles" .
C. Two-body, the bezel set with 52 brilliant cut diamonds weighing a total of 1.47 carats, glazed on both sides, sapphire crystals. D. Black gold feuille hands against exposed movement. M. Cal. 2120, 38 mm, gilded, skeletonized, the plates pierced, engraved and shaped, diamond-set white gold skeletonized plate over the movement decorated with four birds amongst trees, 36 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, self-compensating flat balance spring, shock absorber. Case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 6 mm. Approx. overall length 19.5 cm.
