Very fine and important, astronomic, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K white gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar, leap year, moon phases, sunrise and sunset set for the city of New York, equation of time, 40-hour autonomy and a platinum Audemars Piguet deployant clasp. Accompanied by the original box and certificate.
