Lawrence Spivak's Watch Audemars Piguet, Genève, movement No. 79837, case 20317. Made circa 1955. Fine, thin, 18K gold wristwatch and 18K gold Audemars Piguet buckle. Accompanied by its original leather Audemars Piguet fitted box and a notarized letter of authenticity by the grandson of Mr. Spivak, as well as assorted family photographs.
C. Two-body, polished and brushed, bezel with bark finish. D. Silver with applied baton indexes. Gold baton hands. M. Cal. 2003/1, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 4 positions, self-compensating flat balance spring. Case and movement signed. Diam. 31 mm. Thickness 4.5 mm.
