Very fine and very rare, large, 18K pink gold wristwatch with visible one-minute tourbillon regulator, round button chronograph, register and an 18K pink gold Audemars Piguet deployant clasp. Accompanied by the original large fitted wooden box, certificate of authenticity and instruction booklet.

C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, stepped bezel, straight lugs, transparent case back, sapphire crystals. D. Guilloché silver with applied pink Roman numerals on an outer satiné silver reserve, 30-minute register at 3, subsidiary seconds dial at 9, aperture for the visible tourbillon regulator under a polished steel bridge at 6. Pink gold feuille-skeleton hands. M. Cal. 2889, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 25 jewels, lateral lever escapement with visible one-minute tourbillon regulator with 3 equidistant polished steel arm carriage, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold and 5 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance spring.
