Very fine and rare, octagonal, astronomic, skeletonized, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K pink gold and platinum wristwatch with perpetual calendar, phases and age of the moon and an 18K pink gold and platinum Audemars Piguet link bracelet with deployant clasp.

Cal. 2120/ 4, gilt brass, hand-engraved and skeletonized, 38 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, hand-engraved and skeletonized rotor with 21K gold segment.
