Very fine and very rare, heavy, oversized, octagonal, selfwinding, water-resistant, 18K white gold and diamond-set wristwatch with date, square button chronograph, registers, tachometer and an Audemars Piguet 18K white gold buckle. Accompanied the original basketball-shaped fitted box, user's manual, and 2 year guarantee.

Three-body, polished and brushed, case back and bezel secured with eight hexagonal screws, bezel set with 32 diamonds (Top Wesselton 2.25 carats), push-buttons and crown, screw-down crown, sapphire crystal. D. Black with with textured clous de Paris pattern, applied Arabic indexes, inverted two and three numerals set with rubies to represent Shaq?s basketball jersey number (32), outer fifths of a second divisions, outermost tachometer on a concave black reserve, subsidiary dials for the seconds, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers, cyclops aperture for the date. Luminous white gold baton hands. M. Cal. 3126/ 3840, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 54 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, 21K gold rotor. It s interesting to note that the 3 and the 2 indexes are inverted to reflect Shaq?s basketball jersey number - 32. In addition, the bezel is set with exactly 32 diamonds. When this special edition was launched in August 2007, it was available in stainless steel, ref. 26133ST, version limited to 960 examples and in white gold, ref. 26134BC, (the present lot) limited to only 96 examples.
