Notes

Based in the company home amid an unspoilt natural setting on the edge of the large Risoud forest, the Audemars Piguet management decided in 1992 to create a foundation dedicated to preserving forests worldwide. It is funded by an earmarked amount from the proceeds of each watch sold. Over the years, its fi eld of action has diversifi ed in order to take on new environmental challenges including safeguarding biodiversity and the traditional skills of forest dwellers; and educating children on environmental protection issues. At the turn of the century, the Foundation was entrusted, alongside its primary mission, with supervising the corporate environmental policy.
