Made in limited edition of ten pieces in 2006. Extremely fine and rare, minute-repeating, 18K pink gold wristwatch with visible one-minute tourbillon regulator and an 18K pink gold Audemars Piguet deployant clasp. Accompanied by the original wooden box, original certificate, certificate of authenticity, instruction manual and hang tag.

C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, inclined bezel, straight lugs, case back with porthole to view the tourbillon, sapphire crystals. D. Guilloché silver with applied pink gold radial Roman numerals on an off-center plain reserve, aperture for the visible tourbillon regulator under a polished steel bridge at 6, carrying the blued steel seconds hand. Pink gold feuille hands. M. Cal. 2882, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 32 jewels, lateral lever escapement with visible one-minute tourbillon regulator with steel cage and 3 equidistant polished steel arms, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold and 5 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, repeating on gongs by activating slide on the band. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 40 mm. Thickness 11 mm.

Made in an extremely limited edition of 10 pieces only, this Jules Audemars is actually called 10-minute repeater and tourbillon. Contrary to the exact same model that rings the hours, quarters and minutes, this series actually repeats on the hours, every 10 minutes and then the minutes. A very unusual complication never been offered at auction before.
