Notes

Re-issued by Audemars Piguet, the original cushion shaped minute-repeaters were initially made for John Wallace Schaeffer and is currently in the private Audemars Piguet collection.
Scholars believe that no more than 35 examples were made with very few in platinum.
Purchased at Sothebys in May 2003, it has remained unworn since it is an extremely rare opportunity to acquire one of the milestone watches made by the manufacture similar to the platinum minute repeater made for Graves by Patek Philippe.
