A very fine and rare, 18k yellow gold, manual wind thin pendant watch set into a “Twenty Dollars, Liberty, 1904” American gold coin. Silvered dial. Double case, the coin cover opened by a pushpiece set in the case band at 3 o’clock; three-body hinged inner case.
