Notes

The present watch is a unique piece within a series of 28 watches. 25 of them were in polished platinum cases; the 3 others, including the present watch, were decorated with precious stones and bore a special dial. To mark their 125th anniversary, Audemars Piguet created a series of 125 watches, each unique. The collection included clocks, wrist and pocket watches as well as fans, canes and gem-set eggs. Each representative of the various aspects or the firms abilities, some with highly complex movements, others wonderful adventures in design, gem setting and engraving, all unique and each finding its inspiration in the illustrious past of Audemars Piguet.
