Very fine and rare, octagonal, astronomic, skeletonized, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K pink gold and platinum gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, phases and age of the moon and an 18K pink gold and platinum Audemars Piguet bracelet with deployant clasp.

Transparent, subsidiary white ring dials for the days of the month, of the week, the months and the age of the moon, aperture for the moon phases. Pink gold "bâton" hands. M. Cal. 2120/ 4, gilt brass, hand-engraved and skeletonized, 38 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating freesprung flat balance-spring, hand-engraved and skeletonized rotor with 21K gold segment. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 39 mm. Thickness 9 mm.
