Notes

Launched in 1992, the Jubilee Royal Oak was created in celebration of the 20th anniversary of the first Jumbo Royal Oak reference 5402 launched in 1972.
A total of 1000 watches were released in steel (700 examples with either dark blue or salmon dials, 280 in yellow gold and 20 in platinum.
At its launch Royal Oak's didn't have the success it enjoys today and many of these Jubilees sat at retailers for many years such as this example sold over 2 year later, which is unheard of today for any limited Royal Oak release. Featuring a crystal back allowing the wearer to enjoy the self-winding caliber 2121 and its 21K Jubilee engraved rotor, the salmon dial is the most desirable version and this example complete with its accessories and just back from service is ready to be added to a collector's safe or wrist.
