Born in 1996, the reference 15002 belongs to the Royal Oak "Jumbo" Family.
With an octagonal case measuring 39mm. it is equipped with the caliber 2121 and has a pretty embossed dial, with the date at 3.
Like its ancestor, the reference 5402, created in 1972, it does not have a sapphire case back. According to information from the Audemars Piguet Heritage, only 27 pieces in yellow gold would have been produced from 1996 to 1998 and 186 pieces in steel would have been produced from 1996 to 1997.
Manufactured in approximately 200 pieces, all materials combined, the reference 15002 is one of the rarest of the Royal Oak.
This present example is conserved in close to new condition and is accompanied with its box and its certificate of origin.
