Extremely fine and very rare, large, platinum, skeletonized, minute-repeating, wristwatch with visible one-minute tourbillon regulator, round button chronograph, 30 minute register and a platinum Audemars Piguet deployant clasp. Accompanied by the original fitted wooden box, Certificate of Authenticity, guarantee and instruction manual. Additionally a wooden box in the shape of a grand piano with 3 sounding strings inside.
