These early "Tank" style from AP were made in extremely small quantities. Available in various materials, examples such as this one in platinum are seldom seen and in fact in the Audemars Piguet collection they own a similar example that is only one case number apart from this one (Audemars Piguet Heritage Inv. 1808).
