Notes

Dial, case and movement signed. DIM. 39 x 47 mm. THICKNESS 7 mm. Approx. overall length 175 mm. Sold new at GUBELIN in Zurich in 1975, this A series has remained in excellent all original condition (apart from the hands that were changed during a service) featuring one of the best deep TROPICAL DIALS we have ever seen and the rare, almost always changed non-logo AP crown. It also comes accompanied by the original warranty with all the matching numbers eventhough the salesperson did a mistake on the reference of the watch. Even rarer still, the original instruction booklet also comes with the watch, making this example one of the most complete to ever appear at auction.
