A very fine and rare, 18k yellow gold, manual wind pocket watch with a bezel engraved with decoration and four small enamel panels painted with flowers, the back with an enamel painting depicting a gallant scene of a young couple. The opening back reveals two enamel scenes, depicting three couples making love in different positions.
