An extremely fine and extremely rare, 18k yellow gold and diamonds set, manual wind hunting case, key-winding pocket watch, the band and borders engraved with foliage decoration, the cover chased in high relief with rose-cut diamond-set foliage, the back decorated en suite with flowers and musical instruments. Hinged gold cuvette with engine-turned border, also engraved with technical details. White enamel dial with Turkish numerals. Gold Breguet hands.
